Well unfortunately recently
I have been having to do some
Repairs to the Fadal in the shop.
No one likes down time or repairs or cost of repairs. But it's necessary to do to have good quality parts out the door.
Ended up having to replace the z axis ball screw assembly and thrust bearings on the z axis.
Also replaced the x axis thrust bearings.
And will post about this next but spindle replacement is happening tonight.
Back to scheduled work next week fingers crossed!

Hello all!
I have been very busy with design, 3d scanning, and machining recently as I haven't had time to post up projects!

Stopped by my grandfathers grave today. Made this plague about 6-7 months ago now even through rain/snow/ice and all. Still looks perfect. Cross credit goes to my uncle who is a master wood worker still looks perfect also!
