One thing I see with a lot of $3M to $10M companies is that the business has clearly grown, but the marketing still feels like it belongs to the old version.

The company is sharper now. Bigger jobs, better clients, stronger systems, higher standards, more proof.

But because that also usually means they got BUSY, when you look online, it still feels like year three.

Old photos. Random posts. Generic captions. No real point of view.

Nothing that makes the buyer feel like they’re looking at the company as it actually exists today.

That gap matters a LOT because if your business has grown but your brand hasn’t caught up, buyers are still judging you off an outdated version of the company.
