🍫😘 Surprise... we're making Schokokuss!
(or Küsse plural!)

Many countries have their own version of this treat - a chocolate covered marshmallow cookie confection. In Germany it's Schokokuss ("chocolate kiss") 💕

Soft, tall swirls of billowy marshmallow meringue on a crisp cookie base, all dipped in chocolate ☺️

Traditionally it's made with a plain wafer base, but we did our own thing - using a millet flour butter cookie instead. It brings a gentle nutty sweetness (and happens to be gluten free!)
