I think I sent everyone a message but wanted to post here ๐Ÿ’› thanks everyone for being so kind and understanding!

I am SO excited to finally offer a nutrition challenge ๐Ÿ‘

Everyone will receive a t-shirt, along with custom macros, nutrient amounts, water intake, how to eat through the holidays, weekly check-ins and accountability, as well as group support and SO much more ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

The winner of this challenge will also receive a fresh Stanley Cup (you choose the color), new leggings, and an Amazon gift card ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
The winner will not be based off of who lost the most weight because there is so much more to life than a number on a scale. Multiple things will go into determining such as if you met all your check-ins, etc ๐Ÿค

There will also be a group dinner event hosted at my house at the end where we will all share our favorite recipes (if you are able to make it- you can 100% do this challenge remotely!)

This is beginner friendly- each week there will be a new โ€œtheme/focusโ€ I will introduce & we will add to our toolbox of information ๐Ÿงฐ

This time we are comparing a standard chip to a protein chip๐Ÿ˜‹

A few weeks ago I actually tried the Quest chips for the first time and was surprised at how they taste almost normal. So here I am to share the amazing differences between the two.

You can consume 20 less calories, while gaining 17 more grams of protein. A huge plus in multiple ways. There is also 5g less of fat and 10g less of carbohydrates!

I have tried multiple of these flavors, and honestly I love them all. I think these protein chips taste dang near โ€œnormalโ€. I definitely recommend still including fruits, veggies, and other protein sources, but again, this is a great swap instead of class potato chips ๐Ÿ˜‹

I see people use these chips in nachos (either taco or cheese flavored) and their meal ends up being 40-50 grams of protein and delicious ๐ŸŒฎ
