I attended the Palm Beach Longevity Expo and heard dozens of medical doctors and health care practitioners inform us on what they see as the most important factors in increasing lifespan and health span today.
Many therapies and supplements were discussed but all of them had a common message. Unless you have the foundation of health in order, no therapies or supplements will make a big difference. The longest living people all have a few things in common but the number one factor is

Loneliness kills and today we are all facing loneliness. In fact, su***de is on the rise in the older male population as well as in young adults age 10-13! 😥.
Factors such as excessive screen time and distance learning and work, play a part in this.
If you follow my social media you’re well aquatinted on my beliefs that nutrition, strength training and movement, stress management and sleep quality are vital components of health and longevity and this was indeed validated and restated.
But don’t forget that our social relationships and sense of purpose also play a huge role!
