Begin your day with intention and deep relaxation through a guided sound bath experience on March 14th at 9:00 a.m. in Historic Downtown Murrieta.
A sound bath is a restorative meditation where participants lie comfortably while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other harmonic instruments. These frequencies work gently with the nervous system to promote relaxation, energetic balance, and inner clarity.

We begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. Doors will be locked at 9:00 a.m. to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted experience. Please plan to arrive early. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

• Eye mask if desired

• Water

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down and relaxing.
If you need to borrow a mat, please notify us in advance. Mats are limited and available on a first request basis.
