Preschool and Kindergarten Registration

Documents to Bring:

Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency (gas bill, electric bill, mortgage statement, or rental agreement)
Immunization Records
Social Security Card (if available)
Register at the elementary school assigned to your attendance zone.
Documents can be attached and emailed to [email protected], or brought in person to the front office of whichever school your child will be attending next year.
