One of the things we're most excited about at Magnolia Trace isn't inside the homes- it's what's happening outside them.

The outdoor sports pavilion at Hoosier Village is designed to give residents more ways to stay active, connect with neighbors, and enjoy time outdoors. From pickleball and bocce to co****le, putting greens, and gathering spaces, these amenities are all about creating opportunities for community.

We're excited to continue bringing spaces like this to Hoosier Village and the Zionsville community.

Project update from Village at Hyde Park.

A lot is continuing to move forward across the site as water installation progresses and the next phases begin lining up behind it. Pads are expected in the coming weeks, with foundations on the north end of the development ready to begin.

Soil stabilization and paving are also coming into view as the project continues to build momentum heading into the next stage of development.

Excited to keep this one moving forward over the coming months.
