THE RECIPE:
- Ingredients: 1 cup warm water, 2 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 2.5 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Step 1: Whisk warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Step 2: Stir in the flour, salt, and olive oil, then knead the dough on a clean surface for 5 minutes until completely smooth.
- Step 3: Let the dough rise for 1 hour, divide it into 6 balls, roll each ball into a flat circle, and bake at 500°F (260°C) on a preheated baking sheet for 3-5 minutes until completely puffed and golden!
