NelsonHPS is pleased to highlight a recently completed project at the Scripps Health | Green Hospital in La Jolla!

In collaboration with Architects Mosher Drew, our team successfully designed and constructed our Design-Build project of the Olympus OER-Elite Endoscope Preprocessor tin the existing room NP-245.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
▪️Replace Existing Exhaust Fan #12 on the Roof Mechanical Penthouse
▪️Upgrade Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to support the changes
▪️Multiple utility shutdowns
▪️Included rigorous infection control measures, coordination with vendor and department staff, and performing construction activities off-hours to minimize the impact of construction on hospital operations

We worked collaboratively with Scripps’ PM and Department staff to develop an aggressive but doable schedule, conducted shutdowns with success, and delivered the project on schedule and to the approval of Scripps.

This project reflects our commitment to safety, compliance, and quality ex*****on in healthcare environments.
