Go Fish Education Center

Summer is around the corner! We are offering four sessions of Fishing Camp this year. Please email the name and age of the child(ren) and the preferred session to [email protected].

On Saturday, April 18th, 2026, the Go Fish Education Center’s South Gate Entrance from South Perry Parkway will be closed due to a 4H s***t shooting event that will take place in the field directly in front of the center. The Go Fish Education Center will be open to visitors and can be accessed via the Ag Center’s East Gate Entrance off of Larry Walker Drive (across from the Public Safety Office/DDS). This will only be a temporary rerouting of traffic for that day only.

Flat Creek Public Fishing Area, in Perry, GA, will be hosting a Fish & Learn event!

Happening during Houston County Schools’ Spring Break, this FREE program is hosted by Wildlife Resources Division - Georgia DNR. It’s a great opportunity to learn fishing basics, improve your skills, and enjoy time outdoors. Only 10 spots are available and registration is required.
