It’s designed as a World Café, so people won’t just listen, they’ll engage, question, and co-create ideas.

In this role, you’ll lead fundraising and investor engagement strategy—securing major philanthropic funding and building strong, long-term partnerships to support impact investment in small businesses and community-owned real estate.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8+ years of nonprofit fundraising or advancement experience, including leadership

• A track record of securing large, multi-year institutional funding

• Experience building and stewarding investor and donor relationships

• Strong strategic thinking and a collaborative leadership style

📍 Hybrid (Boston area)
