Yesterday, Madai appeared at Chez Nous for a lovely wine dinner. This dinner featured 4 courses each carefully paired with a Madai wine for the ultimate experience. Wine served featured Madai’s Godello and Mencía wines. Food prepared included a Watermelon Gazpacho, Seafood Risotto with Saffron, Manchego Cheese, and Basque Cheesecake.
