Staying hydrated helps your muscles, joints, and body function properly during exercise and daily activities. Even mild dehydration can lead to fatigue, cramps, and decreased performance.
💧Try to drink half your body weight in ounces
☀️Increase by about 8 oz for every 30 mins of exercise or time spent in hot weather
