Victoria’s fitness scene is getting a major upgrade as TruFit Athletic Clubs prepares to take over a sprawling 47,000-square-foot space in the Northcross Shopping Center. This $4 million renovation will transform the former large-scale retail unit into a high-tech "Results-Driven" fitness destination, making it one of the largest gyms in the Crossroads region. Designed as a "one-stop-shop" for health, the facility will feature signature amenities including a dedicated women-only workout area, a supervised Kids Club, and a comprehensive Relax & Recovery zone with hydromassage and red-light therapy. From boutique-style HIIT classes like TruPower to specialized lifting platforms and a turf functional training zone, this club is engineered to serve everyone from beginners to competitive athletes. This expansion is a key pillar of Victoria’s "Growing Victoria" initiative, repurposing major retail shells into high-traffic community anchors. Construction is currently underway with a scheduled completion date of October 17, 2026.
