I’m back! I’ve been taking part in the Meta Boycott that started in January. The official end was the 18th and I have been deciding if I was to continue feeding into the pockets of people I do not align myself with.

Over the last month I have uploaded 1-2 times a week on YouTube
I have read 10 books. A lot of them have been written by black authors, are on the banned book list, or will help me continue to learn more about what I can do to help flight against the system that we are in.

My mental health has been the worst and best it’s been in a while. Living through all of these major historical events has continued to take a toll on me. In 2020, I was in a terrible place and did not have any fight left in me to stand up against all the wrong doings I would see on the news and on social media. This time, I’ve taken a week to cry and mourn and have spent the last 3 weeks taking action.

I have decided that I will come back to Instagram to continue spreading information about what we can do in our daily lives to alter the state of the world we are in and to continue promoting my YouTube channel that has fun, light-hearted content and calls to action.

As I said in one of my most recent videos, if you’re not having a hard time with this… then you are not paying attention.

In the description of my YouTube videos I have included links to sources to stay informed. Contact your representatives. Read the books. Learn from each other. Listen to differing opinions. Research the brands and companies you are supporting and put your money where you align with. Stand up for what you believe in. And do not take this s**t sitting down.
