Tip Topp Landscape Design

What an amazing opportunity this project was for us! This client wanted a low-maintenance, but still functional outdoor space for their home. We brought in some color with different flowering perennials as well as different textures with the grasses and palm. We finished it off with fresh mulch and pea gravel throughout the space.

This project included building up a client’s backyard berm and installing some river rocks in a low lying area of their flowerbed. We brought in multiple yards of soil to bring the berm up even with the existing section which will help prevent tidal waters from flowing into the client’s backyard. Zoysia grass plugs will be installed on the berm in the spring time to better hold the soil in place for the long run.

A clean edge in a flowerbed is not only visually appealing, but it helps prevent unwanted grass and weeds from spreading into the flowerbed.

Shrubs like this lantanna need to be cut back every year to ensure regrows in the spring. Give me a call if you need help with pruning in your flowerbeds this winter!

This client requested a patio transformation. We used most of the pavers that were already on the property, but cleaned them up and got everything leveled properly underneath. They also wanted a small section of artificial turf for their dogs and proper drainage away from the house. Call me for an estimate and let us take care of your landscaping needs!
