Shortly on the heels of finishing BLOCK Home 15, we’re hard at work with our volunteers to get our next home built and create a warm place this winter for someone who currently doesn’t have anywhere safe or secure to live.

Oh, baby! 👶🏼 An entire truckload of baby clothes recently arrived at our Humanitarian Aid Distribution Center. We’re so thankful to our volunteers who took the time to sort and fold every tiny piece of clothing. Now, they’ll go to help babies all over the US!

A QUIET THOUGHT

Serving others starts with a community: A community of Hunger Champions — just like you 🫵 — who volunteer their time to package thousands of meals that nourish the lives of people facing food insecurity across the globe.

At this year's Serve the World Day, we recognized four amazing volunteers for their commitment and dedication. Combined, they've donated over 400 hours of their time and impacted so many people around the world with lifesaving aid 📦🌎

Tonight’s indoor meal service was suspended for preparation for the Thanksgiving celebration. However, guests were given amazing to go meals.
Gene and Georgetti’s prepared a meatloaf, mashed potato meal sponsored by Lorraine Fitzgerald…
Tao as well as Inspiration kitchen prepared and donated a traditional Thanksgiving meal..
Guests were also given blankets, hats, and gloves, and other winter gear

We are getting ready for the giveaway this Saturday at 615 W 15th St from 10am-12pm. We have hundreds of coats to give all thanks to so many amazing donors!
