How you make true results in a gym.. it starts with feeling what you train. But it goes beyond that. Not only do you need to feel it but you need to train with intensity. You need to take yourself to war, that is the mindset and mentality you need to have.
Hint: Ideally you shouldn’t begin to count the reps until you’re feeling it. So what does this mean. You might have to lighten your weight down or increase your weight but aim to feel it from the start.

Most people are not in control when it comes to food, and because of the emotional connection, many are enslaved, even held hostage.

People eat food for different reasons including to comfort themselves when they’re happy or sad. Then there are those who are stress eaters and others who are just overwhelmingly addicted. Simply put, most people love to eat instead of eating to live.
