Another week and another collection of unique items. The blue glass bowl is lovely, haven't found too much about this bowl, I believe it may be recycled glass in an irregular shape with Sealife in relief on the blue finish.
The pitcher is a rather unusual piece, Made by LoneSomeVille Pottery in Oregon, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, this pitcher with its exaggerated stem handle has a lovely daisy pattern and the colors are incredible.
The pot is a Weller piece, cream colored with a pastel floral branch trickling down from one of the handles. The final little green dish with a lid was made by the Coors Porcelain Company of Golden Colorado, a company founded with the help of the Coors Brewing Company in 1915.
All of these items are available in my Etsy shop if they haven't been purchased yet!

Recycle Relove Finds for the Week. This week's pieces feature a cross that appears to be made from utensil handles, a piece of a conch belt, and a piece of turquoise. It's mounted on a piece of wood that has been painted red. I really like this piece, it speaks to me of the Southwest, an area in which I have spent a great deal of time.
The silver-tone bud vase is another nice piece, just in time for Valentine's Day. It's ceramic with a silver drip glaze covering the outside. Also featured is an old-fashioned salt dip. Before shakers, salt would be served in these little open dishes that contained a small spoon, You would "dip" the spoon in, use it to salt your food and then return the spoon to the open container.
And finally, how can you resist a zebra with a face like this? This little guy is ceramic and made in Japan, and has a red and silver sticker on his belly that says "Registered Coronet".
These items and others can be found in my Etsy store!

Recycle Relove Finds of the Week: Oh dear, another trip down memory lane.
The original painting is titled "After the Bath" and was done by Paul Peel was done in 1890.
This print brought back memories of dressing in front of the fire at my grandmother's cottage in Boothbay Harbor Maine. It was a summer cottage, the only heat was the fireplace, and even in summer the mornings could be brisk.
Dad would start the fire and then call us kids to bring out our clothes and dress while Mother made blueberry pancakes.
