Tri-CAP is seeking HVAC contractor partners to assist with the repair or replacement of non-functioning furnaces for Energy Related Repair recipients! This program provides assistance to households currently eligible for the Energy Assistance Program administered by Tri-CAP.

Tri-CAP is seeking a detail-oriented people person to join our Family Resources team as a Temporary Program Referral Specialist! This is your chance to make a real impact on people’s lives while working in a supportive, fun environment. This temporary assignment has availability for part or full time hours, with flexible hours; the assignment would run from Mid-July to the end of September, 2026.

This individual would guide clients through eligibility guidelines and application requirements, assess immediate and basic needs of clients, provide appropriate referrals to outside organizations, and conduct follow-up activities to ensure client success. They would also participate in outreach activities for our Family Resources team as needed.

This position is perfect for those who are looking to make a difference in their day-to-day work, providing direct assistance to members of their community in need. Their day to day efforts support Tri-CAP's mission of helping people and changing lives by helping individuals navigate and plan their route through various services, both at Tri-CAP and in our community. The Tenant Organizer position will help build sustainable systems that expand access to housing information and strengthen community resources for renters. They will work alongside Tri-CAP staff and HOME Line (Minnesota’s statewide tenant advocacy organization) to develop outreach strategies, strengthen referral networks, and create tools that increase housing stability throughout the region.
