Have you ever wondered how larger orders are managed? I like to utilize an assembly line system throughout each step. I use my cookie dehydrator and stack cookie sheets while flooding cookies and adding details. Once they dry (which can take up to 24 hrs) I assemble boxes, add labels and package individual cookies and pop them into boxes. This order was 7 dozen!
