Console design concept for a workshop demo I hosted Tuesday night on creating 3d concepts for production environments in film and games.

Nissan Heismann House Commercial Cryochamber concept.

A few months back, production designer Tim Moen and Producer Jenn Lee reached out to me to help design a set piece for this commercial.

The original idea was going to be an entire room with lab equipment and cryochamber type equipment that Reggie bush would come out of. Due to budget restraints, the set got scaled back much further and the final piece ended up utilizing some set rental equipment.

This was a fun but very fast turnaround with 1 day to sketch and deliver a final approved concept.

Don't have any new star wars work to show, here is some throwback pieces from years ago.

Set design concept for directed by on

The brief was "create chaotic house debris that eludes to some foreboding circumstances". Sam wanted the debris to give visuals ques as to what may have happened, but not be explicit or gorey about it.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised that the shot and set design was almost an identical translation to film! Definitely a career highlight for me thus far and hope to collaborate on some more in the future!
