What do you do to keep going when life gets difficult and things aren’t going your way?

Stop taking your problems out on others. Treat others with respect, it’s not a “they haven’t earned it”, it’s a you think you’re better and don’t have to give it. Stop this eye for an eye mentality and just walk away.

Stop complaining from the couch!
