His word livesssssss!!! Let’s head to the book of Mark. One sentence in this passage stopped me. It says “You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, not from God’s.” (Mark 8:33)

Peter wasn’t trying to be rebellious. He genuinely thought he was helping the situation, but good intentions don’t always equal God’s perspective.

How often do we evaluate our lives based on what makes sense to us? We question everything from God’s timing, to His process, to even His direction because it doesn’t fit our expectations. I think that sometimes God isn’t asking us to understand everything. He’s asking us to trust Him enough to see beyond what we can naturally comprehend. Beyond the standard of man.

The challenge isn’t that God needs to change the situation. Maybe He wants to change our perspective.

Lord, help us see through Your eyes instead of our own🙌🏽😭
