As a Property Manager Assistant, you'll work closely with our experienced property management team to ensure the seamless operation of our upscale residential communities. From assisting with leasing activities to supporting maintenance coordination, your contributions will be vital in providing residents with an exceptional living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist with leasing inquiries and tenant applications.
🔹 Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
🔹 Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
🔹 Assist with resident communications and inquiries.
🔹 Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed.

Requirements:
🔸 Strong organizational and time management skills.
🔸 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
🔸 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
🔸 Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus.

✨Pay Range: up to $22/hour + commission on the apartments that you lease out.
