Blizzard has announced the wrap-up schedule for Dragonflight Season 3. Dragonflight Season 3 officially ends at 10:00 pm the day before Season 4 launches. There won't be a break between Season 3 and 4.

With the season’s end, ratings that qualify for the 0.1% Dreaming Hero: Dragonflight Season 3 achievement will be recorded.

Dragonflight Season 3: PvP

With the season’s end, it will no longer be possible to earn PvP seasonal rewards, titles, or Dragonflight Season 3 rankings.

Blizzard has announced Patch 10.2.6 Plunderstorm, a limited-time 60 player Battle Royale.

Patch 10.2.6: Plunderstorm is a 60 person Battle Royale
It doesn't use typical WoW characters, you'll have to level up and acquire new abilities and spells by killing creatures, looting chests and avoid the encroaching storm.
The Arathi Highlands is where this event will take place.
This event has been kept a secret during development.

With the release of the 10.2.6 content update, players can get swept away in the Plunderstorm1— a fun, new, limited-time, pirate-themed event of prodigious proportions lasting the next several weeks. Scour the map and try to be the last pirate standing while dashing across the Arathi Highlands to find abilities, upgrades, and loot to plunder just to survive!

With Phase 2 of Season of Discovery, we are introducing a new PvP event called “The Blood Moon. Building on what we have learned from the Ashenvale PvP event in Phase 1, we have created this event to occur on a more predictable timetable so that players can plan for when they are able to take part.

Event: The Blood Moon
When: Every 3 Hours
Duration: 30 minutes
Where: Stranglethorn Vale

During this event, killing players will allow you to earn currency which can be traded for various rewards. While you can still group-up with your allies for the event, the Blood Moon is a harsh mistress and will punish those in raid groups.

PvP Rewards:
If you are looking to spend your currency on new rewards, you will want to seek out the merchant just outside the Gurubashi Arena. Players will be able to earn new class-specific item rewards.

Two New Mounts:
There are also two new faction agnostic mounts that players will be able to acquire by participating in the event. These level 40 mounts also have new appearances.
