Thanks to Joyell , AC and the Mayor and City of Taneytown for working to combat racism by hosting a Unity Ride this weekend. The Unity Ride brought the greater bicycling community together to exemplify the unity inherent in our region. The Ride was an excellent opportunity to increase awareness of road hazards (aggressive and distracted drivers and debilitating bodily harm to cyclists) and distribute bicycle safety information to the cycling community and motorists in the general area.

This year was a great time and even more enjoyable to see so many black and brown faces at this event doing the possible..
