October is Liver Awareness Month! 1 in 4 people of the world's adult population has fatty liver disease (NAFLD) which is a progressive and chronic liver disease. 1 out of 5 people with NAFLD have the most severe form of the disease, Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH).
