After an extensive national search, Unity Health Care is proud to announce our new President and Chief Executive Officer: Rashad A. Collins! Rashad stands out as a nationally recognized leader in the community health center movement.

He brings deep operational experience and strong relationships with health center executives, advocates, and policymakers across the country that will support Unity to expand partnerships, strengthen advocacy, and advance our mission of community-driven, accessible care.

As Unity celebrates 40 Years of Healing, Growing, and Leading, this moment marks more than a leadership transition—it’s a reaffirmation of our mission in a time of great need.

With deep disparities still affecting the lives of so many across the District, we remain focused on expanding access, closing health gaps, and standing with our community through every challenge ahead.
