This week is National Drugs and Alcohol Facts Week! (Jan. 22-28)

NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse) and NIAAA (National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism) scientists started this program to stimulate the conversation in communities about the science behind drug use and addiction.

Here in CCH, you can learn about the stages of intoxication from the display case.

2016 National Recovery Month Initiative 09/21/2016

GenRx set up shop in front of the college of pharmacy to raise awareness of substance abuse for National Recovery Month. Undergrads were educated as they walked by on most commonly abused medication and had the opportunity to win prizes.
