Here’s a free “meal plan” to save. I’m headed to Colombia in 6 weeks with some buddies and they asked for something simple to follow. Here are some things to note:

✳️These are foods we enjoy & can see ourselves eating consistently. There are plenty of other great options that could be filled into each category. Pick foods you like.

✳️I expect absolutely NONE of us to follow this to a tee for 6 weeks. Every single one of us will have “off” days or meals. Expect the same of yourself, be realistic and give yourself grace.

✳️This is roughly 2200 calories? I don’t really know. If you have a different caloric intake in mind, you can Change the portion sizes while keeping the same concept.

✳️If you’re plant based, you won’t be able to adapt this meal plan by substituting plants for animal products not simply omitting the animal products. Plant based is great, but this “meal plan” is balanced with a heavy reliance on animal products.

✳️Prepare ahead of time or fail. Trying to cook these things every day or find them in a hurry is a recipe for disaster.

✳️Add any seasonings, hot sauces, or condiments that aren’t just liquid sugar.

✳️Drink a ton of water.
