Comprehensive Grants Management

We proudly celebrate Executive Director Ms. Rissina Hall and team members Darlene and Maria (pictured) for securing a $247,800 Housing Related Hazards Capital Grant from HUD! This funding, awarded under the Housing Related Hazards Capital Fund Grant program, will directly address radon exposure in the George Washington Carver Homes (TX020000001).

Carver Homes consist of 300 public housing units. All 300 units, which are ground-contact and directly exposed to radon from soil, will undergo testing and mitigation activities to meet HUD Environmental Review standards.
