We’re thrilled to share that Filiz Basaran has been appointed as WDG’s newest Principal! This well-earned recognition reflects her outstanding impact and vision and we're excited to see her influence help guide WDG into its next era of growth and design excellence.

In her time as Director of Operations, Filiz brought fresh energy to our practice—streamlining internal systems, strengthening communication with clients and consultants, and equipping our teams with the tools to collaborate more effectively. The results? A more agile, responsive, and connected firm.

With nearly 90 years of architectural excellence behind us, WDG’s legacy is one of vision and adaptability. As Principal, Filiz will help carry that legacy forward—ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation while continuing to deliver the thoughtful, enduring architecture our clients trust us to provide.
