Vibrant Tropical Fruit Platter 🌈🍓🥭
Ingredients:
- 1 large mango, cubed
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh cherries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup papaya, cubed
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare the fruits by washing, peeling, and slicing them as needed.
2. Arrange the mango cubes in a section on the platter, fanning them out.
3. Place the kiwi slices in a line or circle, overlapping slightly.
4. Add the cherries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and grapes in clusters, filling in any gaps.
5. Arrange the papaya cubes on one side for a pop of color.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired for an extra fresh touch.
Serve this beautiful fruit platter chilled for a refreshing and colorful snack or dessert!

Creamy Salmon Florentine with Spinach and Mushrooms 🐟🍄🌿
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and dried thyme. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over them. Simmer for another 2 minutes to heat through.
6. Garnish with extra black pepper or fresh herbs if desired and serve warm with your favorite side dish.

Ingredients:
For the Steak:
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (6-8 oz each)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
For the Peppercorn Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Fresh thyme (optional garnish)
Directions:
1. **Prepare the Steaks:**
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. **Cook the Steaks:**
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (cook longer for desired doneness). Remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate, covered loosely with foil.
3. **Make the Peppercorn Sauce:**
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed black peppercorns, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, whisking until smooth. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt to taste.
4. **Serve:**
- Spoon the creamy peppercorn sauce over the rested steaks. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
5. **Pairing Suggestions:**
- Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
