EXCLUSIVE: GOP Rep Proposes ICE Database To Track 'Worst Of The Worst' Illegals 18/06/2026

As a father of four and grandfather to seventeen grandkids, nothing matters more to me than knowing my family, and families across this country, are SAFE.

That’s why I introduced legislation to ensure ICE publicly reports criminal illegal aliens released into American communities through a searchable public database.

The database would include key identifying information for individuals released from custody with prior convictions for violent crimes, sexual offenses, weapons offenses, drug trafficking offenses, and crimes against children.

Unfortunately, we’ve already seen the consequences of weak immigration enforcement and soft-on-crime policies. And it’s not just happening in big cities far away. Right here in Columbia, South Carolina, we recently saw an illegal alien lead law enforcement on a chase near USC’s campus before crashing into another vehicle, putting students and innocent people in danger.

Spartanburg County, South Carolina, also saw the heartbreaking story where an illegal immigrant was accused of driving under the influence, later killing two young boys innocently riding their bikes on the side of the road.

These tragedies should never happen. But under Biden-era policies, dangerous individuals have too often been released back into American communities without transparency or accountability.

Families have a right to know. Local law enforcement deserves to know. And public safety must come first!!
