We are proud to announce the much anticipated financing of The Geneva. The $750M conversion project, located in Washington D.C.’s coveted Kalorama neighborhood, is one of the largest in the country. Once completed, the LEED-certified development will feature over 530 apartments and 60,000 square feet of commercial space, bringing much needed supply to one of the strongest rental markets in the United States.

Special thanks to Nuveen, a TIAA company and Mavik for their hard work in executing the $575M project financing, which includes the largest C-PACE loan in the program's history.
