Hi! I’m Carla, a DC-based lifestyle blogger. I started my blogging journey back in 2010 and here we are 15+ years later 🫠✨

What began as style content has evolved into guides where I share cool spots to dine, explore, and check out around the city.

I’m an avid thrifter and most of my wardrobe is made up of thrifted finds (vintage blazers forever). I’m also a full-time entrepreneur, run a social media agency, and work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns at . I’m also the co-owner of the pop-up bar , a concept that highlights my Bolivian roots 🇧🇴

I’m a dog mom to the cutest pup (yes, she has her own IG 🐾), love collaborating, and am always down to meet new friends—so please come say hi 🤍.

I’m Nelly Amairany, a travel and fashion blogger proud to share my Mexican Indigenous roots wherever I go.

My content weaves together style, culture, and heritage— from highlighting Indigenous textiles and celebrating traditions like charrería, to capturing breathtaking moments above ancient pyramids and exploring the charm of Mexico’s pueblos mágicos.

Beyond blogging, I’m also an international security expert, and on my platforms you’ll find my writings on global security issues through a human rights and international law lens.
