Job Title: Storefront Associate

Location: Wasilla, Alaska

Better Water Alaska is seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage our storefront Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The Storefront Associate will be responsible for ensuring the store is clean and organized, assisting walk-in clients, and handling in-store sales items. Additional duties include answering phones, entering client information into the CRM, scheduling installations and service work, and assisting with inventory tracking.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Computer proficiency

Professional appearance

Attention to detail and time management skills

Experience with CRM software is a plus but not required

Compensation: Pay depending on skill and ability
