What am I doing ? Example walking about 17 min at about 4.0 or as fast as you can go. Inner thigh work, set at 5 3 sets of 12 - 115 pds, back of thigh work just really low right now - 3 sets of 12 25 pds, (want to protect my knees) chest work 3 sets of 12 25-30 pds. No sit ups PT Told me bad for my back so I do planks. That’s just some of the stuff I’m doing. Today was rough cause it’s like -1000 below zero so my replacement knee and hip hurt more today. Plus I drank a Diet Pepsi last night which undoubtedly makes me ache. Some people make fun of planet fitness, I personally like it.
