RJ’s journey with Inspiritus is a true reflection of growth, leadership, and heart.

Over the past four years, he has stepped into multiple roles—from Site Supervisor to Construction Manager, and now Project Manager—consistently rising to meet the needs of both our team and the communities we accompany.

At the core of it all is RJ’s passion for people. He approaches every client with compassion, walking alongside them as they move from surviving to thriving. His leadership is grounded in care, integrity, and a deep commitment to making a difference.

RJ is also the kind of teammate who shows up for everyone—always ready to lend a hand, support the team, and create meaningful connections with volunteers through training, teaching, and hands-on engagement.
