My most vulnerable share to date. We are all learning we are all growing and most of all we have all been through some s**t.
The journey of change for me has been a rough one. One that I have always been so reluctant to share. Worried about who is going to judge me.

But as I have gotten more comfortable in who I am I realized I don’t care. We have all gone through hard things. We all have Trauma. But what I learned most is the power of having someone to show you the way, and taking people with you.

Not everything goes according to plan.

The magic is who we be in the chaos.

Story time! We went to a sound bowl ceremony downtown today and wouldn’t you know, the sky opens up. Naturally people start grabbing their mats and covering their heads and heading to the car.
Instead of viewing this rain as a problem, I sat on my mat with my eyes closed and let myself flow with the water hitting my skin.
Drop by drop I felt more connected. Cleansing out the sticky space and being one with nature.
