“But did you die?” Working on changing my definition of failure so I can release fear of it

In an effort to be more vulnerable I’m sharing what I’m currently unpacking for myself.
Solutions are much easier than identifying the issue so I’m most of the way there. I’ll share any useful insights I get when I’m done. But sometimes it’s just fully understanding the issue and choosing to let it go.

1. My fear of failure is debilitating and I need to deal with that
2. People like me better when I’m vulnerable. And as soon as I figure out the difference between vulnerable and needy I’ll be set 😁
3. There’s a place between excessively independent and needing rescuing. I think it’s giving and receiving support. And that’s the sweet spot.
