“It is with a heavy heart and nothing but love of the Des Moines community that I’ve decided to park the Culinary Nomad Food Trailer for good and close our small business operation in Des Moines.

We have sincerely appreciated all the support over the last couple years, and we have especially loved all the connections made through our food!

Please continue to support local restaurants and caterers in our area and be open to unique experiences and great food. Our Instagram page will now transition into my adventures where you can follow along with me as a culinary nomad.

Chef Andrew has accepted a big career opportunity to get back into culinary operations at hotels and relocating to Dallas, Texas. We will be selling the food trailer and other catering equipment as well in the next few weeks.
