Because of this, we won’t be at the West Reading Farmers Market this Sunday. Instead, we’re switching things up and bringing the refills straight to you!

Bottle care reminder:
Between refills, we recommend washing bottles with hot water and dish soap, rinsing well, and letting them air dry completely.
Most bottles should be cleaned every 1–2 refills, or each refill if you’re switching products
After cleaning you can also spray bottles with alcohol and let them fully dry.

🍼 11:30 AM: Join FIT4MOM Reading for a Family Wild Walk led by Nicole Fryer off stage

💃🏻 12 PM: Enjoy an hour of talent from Culture Shock Performing Arts Center at the stage

🍃 1 PM & 1:15 PM: Elizabeth Kocher-Bentz of OTherapYoga will lead two 15-minute Tai Chi sessions off stage in a quiet spot

🧘🏽‍♀️ 1:30 PM: Natashia Linderman of Bldg7 Yoga will conduct a free live gentle flow yoga class off stage in a relaxing area

🥋 2 PM: Wyomissing ATA Martial Arts will conduct a live martial arts demo on stage
