It’s really disappointing that Senator Mike Rush continues to refuse to debate Elect Persis for MA State Senate. Other incumbent state senators facing challengers have already debated their opponents and will do so again. Meanwhile it’s been radio silence from Senator Rush for a month. Voters deserves to hear from their elected officials and elected officials should be willing to defend their records. We don’t think that is a lot to ask for.

Its July 1st, which means its been a full month since I challenged SenatorMikeRush to a debate, and yet, still no reply...

But voters should still get to hear from at least one of the candidates. I’ll be doing meet and greets all throughout the district every week until the election so come stop by! Representative Stephen F. Lynch won’t debate Patrick Roath for Congress. Senator Mike Rush won’t debate Elect Persis for MA State Senate. Why are our elected officials so disrespectful to their constituents? We all deserve a fair airing of the issues regardless of who you support. Contact them and ask them.
