Mental Health Awareness Month is here, and this year’s theme is “More Good Days Together.”

A good day on the job isn’t just about productivity. It’s about feeling safe, supported, and respected both physically and mentally.

In construction, the pressures can be heavy, but no one should carry them alone. By supporting one another and connecting people to resources when they need it, we can make more good days possible on and off the jobsite.
