Winter has officially started and we're finally starting to see those cooler temps come in.

We've been spoiled with nice weather, but is your car ready for the snow and ice?

Check off a few items to make sure you are prepared and safe on the road ✅️

1. Check your tire tread! Good tread will help you stay in control in bad weather. Consider getting snow tires if possible and always check your PSI!

2. Keep your washer fluid topped off. Slush and dirt are inevitable and you always want to make sure you can clear it quickly!

3. Change your oil and antifreeze! Keeping up on maintenance can help prevent any problems during these cold months.

4. Check your battery. Your car battery tends to lessen in cold weather!

5. Keep an emergency pack in your car- blankets, water, and flashlight. Also keep kitty litter near by! This helps with traction if you happen to be stuck on ice.
