Out with the steel and in with the new...

The customer called with concerns about a "water filled sink hole" in the yard. With some investigation, it turned out to be the old steel septic tank.

Removing the old steel tank and replacing it with a new concrete one has given them almost instant relief.

While there with our equipment, they asked for a little regrading of the back and side yards, which also provided us our construction access.

Now, with the tank replaced and the yard regraded and loamed, these customers are so excited to enjoy their new yard this summer for drinks and BBQs.
