•First video is from last week. This is lowkey my new favorite squat variation because it involves a surprising amount of core.

•Next three - a lot of the popular glute exercises focus on the shelf (glute medius) but this hits that cuff (maximus) and outer hip/thigh area. This one goes HARD! If I tried to go one more set (did 3 on each side) I would've been shaking like them influencer videos lmao. As you can see by the regular hack squat video legs were donezo after these. Then he went and added 30 more pounds 😭

You ever read a book that had you locked in the entire time then when you get to the last page you want to throw it across the room? This is that book cause ma'am what you mean I have to wait for part two???? 😭 I DMd the author so fast! Can I get a lil sneak peek or something 😩😩😂.
